Day 1: Yoga: The Panch Bhuta Namaskar

Day 3: Meditation: Shanti Mudra and Spinal Breathing Kriyas

Dru Meditation Director

Andrew Wells has over 35 years of experience teaching Dru Yoga and Dru Meditation in more than 30 countries across 5 continents. His work often focuses on healing emotional trauma through whole‑being practices that integrate mind, body, and spirit. He also serves as a teacher‑trainer, mentoring new leaders in Dru meditation and yoga, and is known for bringing yogic mindfulness into modern challenges-supporting self‑empowerment, wellbeing, and meaningful change.

Meditation Teacher Trainer & Kirtan Leader

Meditation and kirtan master who makes ancient spiritual practices relevant to the modern world, bringing an understanding of psychology to ancient yogic techniques. Jane has practised Dru Meditation for 35 years and heads the Meditation Mastery Course starting in February 2026.

Annie has over 40 years of experience in yoga, health and nutrition, Annie's skill is in teaching how Ayurveda influences spiritual and physical evolution. She holds a Diploma as an Ayurvedic Practitioner from Ayurveda Pura (2015). She studied Natural Nutrition under Barbara Wren in 2007 and Applied Nutritional Microscopy with Brina Eidelson 2013.
